Description:
Light yellow in appearance this semi-hard texture cheese has a mild, nutty flavor. Similar to Parmesan, but smoother in texture. Providence Asiago cheese grates and shreds well.

Uses:
Can be used as a table cheese and goes exceptionally well with full bodied red wines and fruit. Asiago is also great shredded or grated on pasta and soups.

Providence Gouda is a mellow, rich caramel flavor cow's milk cheese. Our gouda has a creamy texture and is made from pasteurized whole milk.

Uses:
Gouda is excellent when used as an appetizer with wine and nuts. It is also a fine way to finish a dinner along with fruit.
